Is Bingeship free?
Yes — completely. There's no subscription, no in-app purchases, and no advertising. Every feature is available to everyone.
How do I sign in?
Enter your mobile phone number in the app and we'll text you a one-time passcode. Type it in and you're in — no password to remember. By entering your number, you agree to receive these sign-in texts; standard carrier rates may apply.
I didn't receive my sign-in code. What do I do?
Give it a minute — texts occasionally lag. Check that you entered your number correctly, make sure your phone has signal, and try requesting a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us below and we'll help you get in.
How do ratings work?
Every review starts with a verdict: Binge It (drop everything), It's OK (worth a look), or Skip It (save your time). Your verdict sets a suggested score on a 0–10 scale that you can adjust, and you can add a written review. For TV shows, you rate season by season.
Who can see my reviews and lists?
All Bingeship profiles are public, so anyone on the app can see and follow your reviews and lists. If someone's bothering you, you can block them at any time and they'll no longer see your content.
How do I report inappropriate content or block someone?
Every review has a "Report" option — reports go straight to our team, we review every one against our content rules, and we act within 24 hours, up to removing the content and permanently removing the account responsible. You can also block any user at any time to immediately stop seeing their content.
How do I remove contacts access?
Importing contacts is optional and only used to help you find friends. You can revoke access anytime in your phone's settings (Settings → Bingeship on iOS, or App permissions on Android).
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app and tap "Delete account." Your account and personal information are removed as described in our Privacy Policy. If you can't get into the app, contact us below and we'll take care of it.
